1. Technical difficulties with OTP service provider.

You may click on ‘resend‘ or ‘try a different verification method‘ options.

The types of verification methods available are SMS, WhatsApp and phone call.

2. Unstable mobile connection

Unstable or lost of mobile connection causes delay in sending OTP requests. You may try requesting for the OTP again upon restoration of your mobile connection.
